Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the contiguous US (48 states), but we’ll definitely let our customers know if and when we expand our current shipping area. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for us to hand-pick, clean, and package your plant. We do not work weekends or bank holidays.
Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $8, and orders over $95 ship free (excluding third-party merchandise). Shipping fees are non-refundable after a package has been dispatched.
Winter Packaging
We've developed custom packaging for winter and cold months that includes thermal protection. Think of it as a blanket for your plant's cold journey.
If your location is experiencing severe cold weather, we may decide to hold the order until it is warm enough to ship.
Returns
We guarantee you will receive a healthy and happy plant from us! If your plant arrives damaged or if there is any other issue, we offer a 30 Day Happiness Guarantee to ensure you are satisfied. Just send us a note within 30 days of receiving your order, along with pictures of the problem to hello@heyrooted.com, and we’ll take care of you right away! If we cannot send an exact replacement, we will work with you to get another similar plant as soon as possible that meets your needs.
